• CBSA Officer (if applying at the border or airport)

Application Documents Required for LMIA Application:

1. Submission Letter (from 3^rd Party Representative): Outlines the overall table of contents of the application. This document is not mandatory, but highly recommended.

2. Labour Market Impact Assessment Application: Includes employer and job information, recruitment efforts, and foreign worker details.

3. LMIA Government Fee Payment

4. Job Offer: Agreement between Canadian employer and foreign worker.

5. Recruitment Efforts: Job Bank ads, Job Match reports, and external advertisement copies.

This section includes job bank ads, job match activity reports and advertisement posting copies from other 3^rd party recruitment websites.

6. Business License

SPOUSAL OPEN WORK PERMIT

• Sponsor: Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid study/work permit holder

• An Applicant

• 3^rd Party Representative: RCIC, Immigration Lawyer

• IRCC

• CBSA Officer (if applying at the border or airport)
