SKILLS IMMIGRATION & EXPRESS ENTRY BC
BC PNP Registration Fee:
No fee
BC PNP Application Fee:
$1,750 CAD (non-refundable)
Applies to all Skills Immigration and Express Entry BC categories
Request for Review Fee:
$500 CAD
Federal IRCC Fees:
1. Principal Applicant Processing Fee: $990 CAD
2. Right of Permanent Residence Fee: $600 CAD
3. Spouse Processing Fee: $990 CAD
4. Spouse Right of Permanent Residence Fee: $600 CAD
5. Dependent Child Fee: $270 CAD per child
6. Biometric Fee: $85 CAD per person (maximum $170 per family)
Procedure:
1. Register through the Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS)
2. Receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA)
3. Submit the application through the BCPNP Online portal
4. Receive provincial nomination
5. Submit a permanent residence application to IRCC
6. Wait for federal decision
ENTREPRENEUR IMMIGRATION
BC PNP Registration Fee:
$300 CAD
BC PNP Application Fee:
$3,500 CAD (non-refundable)
Request for Review Fee:

Procedure:
1. Create a profile through BCPNP Online with a short business concept
2. Receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA)
3. Undergo a net worth review by a BC-authorized accounting firm
4. Submit your full application within 120 days of invitation
5. Sign a Performance Agreement
6. Apply for a work permit to begin business operations in B.C.
7. Establish your business as outlined in the agreement
8. Receive a provincial nomination after meeting conditions
9. Apply for permanent residence through IRCC
10. Wait for federal decision
BRIDGING OPEN WORK PERMIT (BOWP)
Government Fees:
1. Work Permit Processing Fee: $155 CAD
2. Open Work Permit Holder Fee: $100 CAD
3. Biometric Fee: $85 CAD per person (maximum $170 per family)
Procedure:
1. Confirm eligibility (must have valid or maintained status and a submitted PR application)
2. Apply online for the BOWP through IRCC
3. Submit necessary documents including nomination certificate and PR confirmation
4. Pay all required fees
5. Wait for processing and decision
