STUDY PERMIT + POST GRADUATE WORK PERMIT + PERMANENT RESIDENCE

The applicant can apply for Study Permit to study in Canada. They must ensure to apply for study permit and enroll into an eligible study program in a Designated Learning Centers that are approved by the federal government.

Once they complete studying and graduate from a particular school and a program, then they gain the eligibility to apply for Post Graduate Open Work Permit. If the applicant 

completed an 8-month (1 year) certificate program, then they can get 1 year open work permit. If the applicant completed a 2 years – 4 years program, then they can get 3 years open work permit. 

Once the applicant gets the PGWP, then they can start working in Canada and apply for eligible PNP or Express Entry programs. In addition, the candidate is eligible to work maximum 20 hours per week while studying full time.
