LMIA FEES & PROCEDURES

There are 4 types of LMIAs (Labour Market Impact Assessments), and each application have different fees and procedures.

The designated 3rd party representative, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or Immigration Lawyer, should work closely with the stakeholders involved to ensure the success of the case.

Regular LMIA 

Government Fee: $1,000 CAD. 

Job Advertisement Fee: Varies. 

PR Support LMIA 

Government Fee: $1,000 CAD. 

Job Advertisement Fee: Varies. 

PR Only LMIA 

Government Fee: None. 

Job Advertisement Fee: Varies. 

Owner-Operator LMIA 

Government Fee: $1,000 CAD. 

Job Advertisement Fee: Varies.
