AINP, BRIDGING OPEN & NOMINEE-BASED WORK PERMIT DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

 

AINP – ALBERTA OPPORTUNITY STREAM (AOS)

Stakeholders Involved.

  • A Primary Applicant.
  • 3rd Party Representative: Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, Immigration Lawyer.
  • Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program Office.
  • Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

 

Documents Required for AINP – Alberta Opportunity Stream.

Please note that the documents required can be different due to an update from the government. Please consult with your reliable 3rd party representative to ensure your eligibility and application details. 

  • Submission Letter (from 3rd Party Representative): Outlines overall table of contents of the application. This document is not mandatory, but highly recommended.
  • Photocopy of Valid Passport Information of the Applicant.
  • Photocopy of Current and/or Previous Work Permit of the Applicant.
  • Language Assessment Information: IELTS – General, CELPIP – General and/or TEF Canada language test result.
  • Labour Market Impact Assessment or Evidence of Exemption.
  • Education Credentials: Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report, Canadian degree/diploma/certificate, Alberta Qualification Certificate and/or Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT).
  • Pay Statements: Required for the most recent 3 months of pay statements.
  • Employment Reference Letters: These letters must indicate the candidate has been either working full-time in the current occupation for 12 months out of 18 months in Alberta, or 24 months out of 30 months in Canada or abroad.
  • Alberta Job Offer Letter: Employment contract for the current occupation.
  • AINP Dependent Authorization Form: Required if spouse, common-law partner and/or dependent children are also applying together in the application.

Use of Representative (IMM 5476): A document that indicates a relationship between a 3rd party representative and an applicant.

 

AINP – ALBERTA EXPRESS ENTRY STREAM (AEE)

Stakeholders Involved.

  • A Primary Applicant.
  • 3rd Party Representative: Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, Immigration Lawyer.
  • Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program Office.
  • Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

 

Documents Required for AINP – Alberta Express Entry Stream.

  • Photocopy of Valid Passport Information of the Applicant.
  • Photocopy of Current and/or Previous Work Permit of the Applicant.

BRIDGING OPEN WORK PERMIT (BOWP)

Stakeholders Involved.

  • A Principal Applicant.
  • 3rd Party Representative: Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, Immigration Lawyer.
  • Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

 

Application Documents Required for Online Work Permit Application.

  • Submission Letter (from 3rd Party Representative): Outlines overall table of contents of the application. This document is not mandatory, but highly recommended.
  • Copy of Provincial Certificate of Nomination Letter.
  • Copy of Acknowledgement of Receipt Letter for the Federal PR submission.
  • Application to Change Conditions, Extend My Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker (IMM 5710): Explains the applicant’s overall background information.
  • Use of Representative (IMM 5476): A document that indicates a relationship between a 3rd party representative and an applicant.
  • Proof of Payment: Government fee receipt.
  • Digital Photo: Photo of an applicant.
  • Photocopy of Passport Information of the Applicant.
  • Photocopy of Current and/or Previous Work Permit of the Applicant.
  • Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (If applying with the spouse).

 

NOMINEE-BASED WORK PERMIT
